Tävlingsregler Girls Invitational Cup 2017

  1. SPELREGLER Girls Invitational Cup 2017 kommer spelas efter Svenska Fotbollsförbundets spelregler för 9-mannafotboll som tillämpas med följande tillägg, undantag och förtydligande.
  2. TÄVLINGSFORM

Gruppspel: Lagen indelas i grupper om fyra där alla spelar mot varandra i en enkelserie. Ordningsföljden mellan lagen avgörs efter poäng. Seger ger 3 poäng, oavgjord match 1 poäng och förlust 0 poäng. Slutspel: Lag 1 och 2 i varje grupp går till A-slutspel i två nya slutspelsgrupper, lag 3 och 4 går till B-slutspel i två nya slutspelsgrupper. Slutspel sker sedan i slutspelsgrupper enligt samma modell som gruppspelet. I gruppspel och slutspelsgrupper gäller att om två eller flera lag har samma poängsumma, avgörs ordningsföljden på följande sätt: 1. Målskillnad 2. Flest antal gjorda mål 3. Resultatet vid inbördes möten mellan lagen som ligger lika 4. Högst poäng Fair Play Lag 5. Minst antal gula och röda kort i laget 6. Lottning.

Segrare i de två A-slutspelsgrupperna möts i A-final och segrare i de två B-slutspelsgrupperna möts i B-final. Tvåorna i de två A-slutspelsgrupperna möts i match om tredje pris och tvåorna i de två B-slutspelsgrupperna möts i match om tredje pris.
OBS VIKTIGT! I A- och B-final samt matcher om tredje pris A- och B-slutspel avgörs vid oavgjort resultat ordningsföljden istället på följande sätt: 1. Högst poäng Fair Play Per Lag. 2. Minst antal gula och röda kort totalt i laget 3. Lottning.

  1. FAIR PLAY PER LAG (Spelare och ledare) Syftet med Fair Play är att uppmuntra till god etik och moral inom idrotten. Fair Play-poäng tilldelas lagen enligt en bedömningsskala efter avslutad match. Vid beräkning av Fair Play-tabellen nedan summeras dessa poäng per lag och divideras med antalet spelade matcher. Det lag som har högst snittpoäng anses vara det lag som överlag uppträder mest schysst. Matchkontrollant och domare gör bedömningen och använder nedan betygsättning 1-4 poäng.

1 p.      Oacceptabel Fair Play - Laget har gjort sig förtjänt av allvarlig kritik vid flera tillfällen. Laget har uppträtt oacceptabelt. Laget har visat sig vara ett mycket dåligt föredöme för andra lag.

2 p.      Underkänd Fair Play - Laget kan kritiseras för sitt beteende vid flera tillfällen. Laget har inte uppträtt väl. Laget är ett dåligt föredöme för andra lag.

3 p.      Godkänd Fair Play - Laget kan kritiseras för sitt beteende vid någon enstaka incident. I övrigt uppträdde laget mycket väl. Laget är ett föredöme för andra lag.

4 p.      Föredömlig Fair Play - Laget kan inte på något sätt kritiseras för sitt beteende. Laget är ett utmärkt föredöme för andra lag.

  1. ANTAL SPELARE OCH AVBYTARE Ett lag kan använda 15 spelare under en match. Alla spelare som är tillgängliga för spel ska delta i matchen. Utbytt spelare får återinsättas i samma match. Byten görs utan domarens avblåsning. Alla byten ska ske inom lagets tekniska område.
  2. DELTAGARFÖRTECKNING Alla lag ska innan turneringen börjar lämna en deltagarförteckning med namn och födelsenummer över de spelare som kommer att delta i turneringen. Utöver det så ska en deltagarförteckning med namn och tröjnummer lämnas till matchsekretariatet senast 30 minuter före varje match, innehållande de max 15 spelare som får användas till varje match.
  3. MATCHTID är 2 x 20 minuter i alla matcher. Tiden ska stoppas endast på domarens uppmaning. Maximalt antal matcher per dag är tre per lag.
  4. KLASSINDELNING Klass F12 Flickor födda 1/1 2005 och senare. Dispenser hanteras och bestäms av tävlingsledningen, överåriga spelare tillåts endast undantagsvis om särskilda skäl kan anges. Bedömning av särskilda skäl görs i enlighet med dispensregler för STFF. Ansökan om dispens ska göras skriftligen till tävlingsledningen i god tid innan turneringen börjar.
  5. INFÖR MATCH Samtliga spelardräkter skall vara enhetliga samt numrerade och numren skall överensstämma med de som är angivna på laguppställningen. Numreringen skall finnas på ryggen av spelartröjan. Två spelare får inte ha samma nummer på tröjan under samma match. Om domaren bedömer att ena laget skall byta speldräkt på grund av likhet i färg med det andra lagets speldräkt skall bortalaget byta. Alla lag skall vara omklädda och färdiga vid sin spelplan senast 10 minuter före matchens början. Samtliga spelare måste vara försäkrade samt bära benskydd. Varje lag är ansvarigt för sina egna supportrars uppträdande. Girls Invitational Cup spelas med bollstorlek 4.
  6. 9-MANNASPEL Planerna har måtten 98 x 60 (Boovallen 1) samt 90 x 55 (Boovallen 2). 7-mannamål med 9-manna straffområde. Straffområdets bredd är 36 m och 14 m ut mot spelplanen. Straffpunkten är 7,5 m från mållinjen. Offsideregeln tillämpas. Vid tillbakaspel till målvakt får denna ej ta upp bollen med händerna. Inspark får utföras var som helst inom straffområdet från liggande boll. Målvakten får även sätta igång spelet genom att kasta ut bollen. Utspark är tillåten när bollen är i spel.
  7. DOMARE Domarna är licensierade av Stockholms Fotbollsförbund.
  8. TÄVLINGSLEDNING OCH TÄVLINGSJURY består av Andreas Roos, Markus Johansson och Mats Björklund. Protest- och bestraffningsärenden handläggs också av tävlingsledningen. Dess beslut kan inte överklagas eller ändras.
  9. PROTESTER ska inlämnas skriftligen till tävlingssekretariatet av protesterande lags ansvarige ledare senast 15 minuter efter det att berörd match avslutats. Protestavgift (1000 SEK eller Euro 100) skall betalas samtidigt som protest inlämnas. Protestavgift återfås om protesten godkänns. Domares beslut i fakta som rör matchen är enligt regel 5 i FIFA:s reglemente slutgiltiga. Protest mot sådant beslut kan inte föranleda åtgärd. Utvisad spelare, ledare eller tränare avstängs automatiskt följande match. Tävlingsjuryn kan dock besluta om avstängning i ytterligare match/er. Varningar räknas samman för Fair Play-syfte men ackumuleras ej.
  10. WALKOVER Lag som uteblivit från match till matchstart, utan giltig orsak, förlorar matchen med 3-0. Vid upprepade förseelser kan lag uteslutas ur turneringen. Tävlingsjuryn kan dock, om särskilda omständigheter föreligger, besluta att lag skall uteslutas redan vid den första förseelsen. Exempelvis om avsiktlig walkover gynnar det egna laget eller missgynnar annat lag i gruppen.
  11. SPELPLAN Samtliga matcher spelas på konstgräs på Boovallen i Nacka kommun.
  12. SPELPROGRAM Tävlingsledningen förbehåller sig rätten att ändra i spelprogrammet. Både vad det gäller gruppindelning och tider. Meddelande om ändring skall meddelas varje berörd lagledare.
  13. PRISER kommer att delas ut enligt följande. Fair-play-priser till det lag, de ledare, den spelare och den föräldragrupp som enligt tävlingsledningens bedömning under turneringen uppträtt mest sportsmannamässigt. Pokaler och guld-, silver-, respektive bronsmedalj till finalister i A- och B- final och till tredjepristagaren i A- och B-final. Medalj till alla spelare som deltagit i turneringen, max 15 medaljer per lag.
  14. ARRANGÖR Girls Invitational Cup arrangeras av Boo FF F05:1.
  15. ORDNINGSFÖRESKRIFTER SKOLA På deltagarförteckningen angiven ledare är ansvarig för sina respektive spelare vid eventuell skadegörelse. Det är förbjudet att förtära alkohol på skolorna. Tystnad gäller på skolan 22:00-06:00. Det åligger varje lag att grovstäda sin sovsal före avfärd. Bollspel är förbjudet inne i skolan och på skolans område liksom rökning. Det är absolut förbjudet att laga mat eller annan förtäring i salar och korridorer. Det är förbjudet att hänga brännbart material i korridorer och salar liksom att ställa ut bänkar, stolar etc. i korridorer. Tänk på att dörrar mellan korridorer och trapphus alltid skall vara stängda.
  16. Varje lagledare ansvarar för att samtliga deltagare är försäkrade både på och utanför planen. Girls Invitational Cup har inga kollektiva försäkringar som täcker skador, sjukdomar, stölder eller skadegörelse. Girls Invitational Cup är inte återbetalningsansvariga för ekonomisk förlust eller skador som kan uppstå.   17. RÖKFRITT Vi vill att Girls Invitational Cup skall vara helt rökfri, d v s rökfritt både på och i närheten av varje arena, cafeteria, sovsal etc.

Competition Rules Girls Invitational Cup 2017

  1. RULES Girls Invitational Cup 2017 will be played by the Swedish Football Association rules for 9-a-side football applied with the following additions, exceptions and clarifications.
  2. CUP FORM

Group Stage: The teams are divided into four groups where all teams in the group are playing against each other once. The order of teams is determined by points. Victory gives 3 points, tied game 1 point and a loss 0 points. Playoff stage: Teams at place 1 and 2 of each group go to the A-finals in two new A-play off groups, teams at place 3 and 4 goes to the B-finals in two new B-play off groups. In both group stage and play offs and if two or more teams have the same points, the sequence is determined as follows: 1. Goal difference 2. The greatest number of goals scored 3. The result in meeting between the teams with equal points 4. Highest score Fair Play Team 5. Minimum number of yellow and red cards in the team 6. Lottery.

The two winners in the two A-playoff groups will finally meet in the A-final and the winner of the two B-final groups will finally meet in the B-final. Teams finishing second in the two A-playoff groups meet in a match for third place and teams finishing second in the two B-final groups meet in a match for third place. IMPORTANT: The A- and B-finals and the matches for third place A- and B-finals are instead decided in the order as follows if teams have the same points: 1. Highest score Fair Play Per Team. 2. Minimum number of yellow and red cards collected in the team 3. Lottery.

  1. FAIR PLAY PER TEAM (Players and leaders) The purpose of Fair Play is to encourage good ethics and morals of sport. Fair Play points are given to teams according to the below assessment scale after completion of each match. In the calculation of the Fair Play table below, the points per team will be summarized and divided by the number of games played. The team with the highest average score is considered to be the team that plays most in accordance with Fair Play. The match crew and referee at each game will rate using the following scoring 1-4 points.

1 p. Unacceptable Fair Play - The team has deserved severe criticism on several occasions. The team has behaved unacceptably. The team has proven to be a very bad example for other teams.

2 p. Fail Fair Play - The team can be criticized for its behavior on several occasions. The team has not performed well. The team is a bad example for other teams.

3 p. OK Fair Play - The team can be criticized for their behavior in a single incident. Otherwise, the team performed very well. The team is a model for other teams.

4 p. Exemplary Fair Play - Team can in no way be criticized for their behavior. The team is an excellent example for other teams.

  1. NUMBER OF PLAYERS AND SUBSTITUTES A team may use 15 players during each match. All players that are available for play shall take part in the match. Replaced players can re-enter in the same match. Substitutions are made without the referee's whistle. All changes will take place within the team's technical area.
  2. PARTICIPANTS All teams must before the tournament starts leave a list of participants with names and date of birth of the players who will participate in the tournament. In addition to that, a list of participants with names and jersey numbers provided to the Secretariat no later than 30 minutes before every game, containing the maximum 15 players used at each match.
  3. The game time is 2 x 20 minutes for all matches. The time shall be stopped only on the referee's call. Maximum number of matches per day is three per team.
  4. CLASSES Class G12 Girls born 1/1 2005 and later. Exceptions will be handled and decided by the Cup Management, over-age players are allowed only in exceptional cases where special reasons can be given. Assessment of special reasons are made in accordance with the exemption rules for Stockholm Football Association, STFF. Applications for exemption must be made in writing to the organizers in good time before the tournament begins.
  5. PRE-MATCH All team shirts must be uniform and numbered and the numbers must correspond to those specified on the line. The numbering must appear on the back of the player’s shirt. Two players may not have the same numbers on the jersey during the same match. If the referee decides that one team should change games shirts due to similarity to the other team's game will suit the away team change. All teams shall be at the pitch no later than 10 minutes before the start of the match. All players must be insured, and wear shin guards. Each team is responsible for their supporters' behavior. Girls Invitational Cup is played with ball size 4.
  6. Our 9-a-side football pitches has the dimensions of 98 x 60 (Boovallen 1) and 90 x 55 (Boovallen 2). “7-man” goals with “9-man” penalty area. Penalty area's width is 36 m and 14 m towards the playing field. Penalty point is 7.5 meters from the finish line. Offside rule is applied. At passing back to the goalkeeper, she may not pick up the ball with her hands. The goalkeeper may be start the game anywhere within the penalty area from lying ball. The goalkeeper may also start the game by throwing the ball. Kicks from the hands are allowed when the ball is in play.
  7. REFEREES The referees are licensed by the Stockholm Football Association.
  8. CUP MANAGEMENT AND JURY consists of Andreas Roos, Markus Johansson and Mats Björklund. Protests and penalties are handled by the Cup Management. Its decisions can not be appealed or amended.
  9. PROTESTS must be submitted in writing to the Cup Management/Cup Secretariat by the protesting teams responsible leader no later than 15 minutes after the game in question has ended. Protest fee (1000 SEK or Euro 100) is payable with the protest lodged. The protest fee will be returned if the protest is upheld. Referee decisions regarding the facts related to the match is under rule 5 of the FIFA final. Protest against such a decision can not lead to action. Sent off players and leaders are automatically not allowed to take part in the following match. The Cup Management may decide on suspension for one or several more games. Warnings are counted for Fair Play reasons but there is no accumulation.
  10. WALKOVER Teams absent from match at match start, without a valid reason will lose the match by 3-0. For repeated offenses team may be excluded from the tournament. The jury, however, if there are special circumstances, may decide that the team shall be ruled out on the first offense. For example, if deliberate walk over benefits the own team or disadvantage other team in the group.
  11. PITCHES All matches are played on artificial turf at Boovallen in Nacka.
  12. MATCH SCHEDULE Cup Management reserves the right to make changes in the program. Both in terms of grouping and times. Notice of amendment shall be notified each participating coach.
  13. Prizes will be awarded as follows. Fair-play prizes to the teams, the managers, the players and the parent group who under referee’s and Cup Management's assessment during the tournament appeared most sportsmanlike. Cups and gold, silver, and bronze medals to the finalists in the A and B finals and the third prize winner in the A and B finals. Medal to all players who participated in the tournament, max 15 medals per team.
  14. ORGANIZER Girls Invitational Cup 2017 is organized by Boo FF F05:1.
  15. HOUSING REGULATIONS The noted team leaders are responsible for their players. It is forbidden to consume alcohol in the schools. There shall be silence at the school between 22:00-06:00. Each team must clean their dormitory before departure. Ball games are forbidden inside the school and on school property, as well as smoking. It is absolutely forbidden to cook food in the halls and corridors. It is forbidden to keep combustible materials in the corridors and halls as well as to place benches, chairs, etc. in the hallways. Remember that the doors between the corridors and stairways should be closed.
  16. Each team leader is responsible for ensuring that all participants are insured both on and off the field. Girls Invitational Cup has no collective insurance that covers injury, illness, theft or vandalism. Girls Invitational Cup is not refundable responsible for loss or damage that may occur. We urge all participants and leaders to never leave valuable objects or money at the school!
  17. We want Girls Invitational Cup to be completely smoke-free, that is, non-smoking both on and near each stadium, cafeteria, dormitory, etc.

If any differences between the English and the Swedish version arises, the Swedish version shall prevail.
